HosterTake Company users have to agree to all our terms and conditions. If the user breaks any terms or rules, the HosterTake company can take any action against the user. For example, by suspending user services and blocking access to the website.

 

Usage policy

 

HosterTake lets users or clients use as much as they want, based on their quota. Extras can be bought separately if anyone wants them. Against HosterTake terms and conditions, no user is allowed to use an extra feature or ask for extra storage space.

 

Spamming or Fishing activity

 

All terms and conditions need to be agreed to by the user before using the HosterTake services. Any spamming or activity that runs against the terms of service will not be tolerated. As a result, HosterTake Company has the right to suspend or in an emergency, terminate the account without notice.

 

Service Renew Policy

 

HosterTake may offer exciting or new clients any offer at regular price at any time without prior notice. The HosterTake company can increase the price based on the situation, but it will inform clients three days prior to the due date.
HosterTake doesn’t normally increase renewal prices, but in the event of an emergency or an increase in assets, such as a control panel license, server costing, and others, HosterTake has full authority to raise or lower the price.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refund: If we have any technical issue like ” you can’t login for 7 or 10 days, server down for 7 or 10 days, website down for 7 or 10 days or don’t get any support response within 7 days. You can asked for refund.
No Refund: Our Every hosting package from HosterTake comes with 10 Days Free Trial, after 15 Days we have no refund system. Coz you have 10 days time to use without payment. So don’t asked for refund for any hosting package.  And also Domain not for trial. If you buy a domain don’t ask for refund. But you can transfer your domain with any hosting provider.

 

Refunds will not proceed if:
*Requested services or domains are resolved. 
*Aggressive behavior with slangs word
*The provision of services in an unethical and fraudulent manner.
*Suspended due to client abuse. 
*Aggressive spamming and spam advertising. 
Please note: change of mind, change of wish, or change of interest is not applicable for claiming a refund.

 

Suspension of Domain

 

Domains that have been suspended by a domain authority due to spamming or similar activities cannot be hosted by HosterTake. But HosterTake is committed to helping you restore the domain if it purchased from HosterTake. HosterTake will try to give you every instruction with video, text, and by voice.

 

Service Abuse

 

The client will receive a user ID and password for security purposes. It must be kept confidential. The client will be held liable for any Malpractice resulting from the unauthorized use of the password. If The client becomes aware that unauthorized third parties know the Password, they have to inform us without delay.

If the client is at fault For third-party password abuse, the client will be liable for all user fees And damages. In suspicious cases, the client can request a new Password, which we then send on to the client.

 

Third-party Data usage

 

We do not give any personal client information to third parties, with the exception of our service partners in so far as this is required to determine payment and billing with the client.

 

Liability of Damaging Server

 

For direct damages, secondary damages, or lost profits due to technical problems and disturbances within the Internet that are not in our sphere of influence, we assume no liability. I the case of the damaging server, the HosterTake will provide previous site backup which is taken every week. So the user won’t face any major issue with data. 

 

Suspension or Terminate on overdue

 

We’ll send overdue invoices through e-mail (which was provided by the client). If the invoice remains unpaid after 3days of generate service can be paused and no longer use without payment. If users try to use any trick to make the invoice paid without payment then we can suspend or terminate the service with or without any warning. HosterTake won’t take any liability for losing data of the client in this case.

 

Terminate of service

 

If any invoice remains unpaid for up to 15 days, the service will be terminated automatically. If any offer or free recourse included with the package, this will be remain as same but free recourse or Offer can be claim within 7days of order confirmation. HosterTake won’t take any liability for losing data of the client in this case. The termination process is automatic so any request can’t be received without payment.

 

inappropriately behave

 

If the user does any inappropriate behavior with our executive and it happens continuously, the HosterTake has full right to take any action against that user. Using slang words, committing a crime, cheat, being naughty, disobedient, continuously disturbing with call or message without any valid reason, and trying to crash our service is included in inappropriate behavior.
* These terms of conditions can be updated, changed, and deleted as per company planning.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

To cancel a package, simply access your client area and locate the package you wish to cancel. Click on the icon next to it and select ‘Request Cancellation’ to fill out the form.
If you opt for immediate cancellation, your service will be terminated within 24 hours of submitting the form. It’s important to note that PayPal subscriptions must be cancelled separately.

 

Domain Refund Policy

 

Non-Refundable Domains:

We understand that mistakes can happen, but due to the nature of domain registrations, all domain name registrations are considered final and non-refundable once successfully completed.
Accidental purchases: We recommend carefully reviewing your domain name selection and confirming all details before completing the registration process.
Change of mind: If you decide you no longer need the domain name after registration, a refund cannot be issued.

 

User Activity and Domain Flagging

 

In some cases, a domain name may be flagged by a registry or domain name authority due to suspicious activity associated with the user account.

 

 

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

 

We expect all users to utilize our services in a responsible and legal manner. Activities prohibited under this AUP include, but are not limited to:
Illegal Activities: Use of our services for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. This includes activities violating copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

 

Harmful Content: Hosting or distributing content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or promotes violence is not allowed. This includes pornography, child pornography, or content that incites hatred or violence against any individual or group.
Malware Distribution: Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious programs that may harm our infrastructure or other users is strictly prohibited.

 

Spam and Phishing: Sending unsolicited email (spam) or attempting to deceive users for personal gain (phishing) is not permitted.
Denial-of-Service Attacks (DoS/DDoS): Engaging in any activity that disrupts or attempts to disrupt our services or the services of others is prohibited.
 
Violation of any of these terms and conditions may result in service suspension, termination, or legal action as deemed necessary. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies without prior notice.

 

Content Restrictions and DMCA Compliance

 

The following content is forbidden on our hosting:

  • Any bots, including IRC or other social bots e.g. Telegram bots

  • Any Warez (i.e. copyrighted content you do not have rights to)

  • Phishing Content

  • Bulk mailing

  • Audio streaming

  • Video “tube” websites

  • IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs;

  • Any financial institution websites (banking, insurance, investment) unless explicitly approved in writing from our team who will ask to see proof of regulatory approval.

  • Pharmaceutical websites

  • Lottery sites

  • File Storage, including movies, applications, computer backups

  • File upload websites

  • Distribution of confidential and personal information;

  • Mobile app downloads

  • NextCloud/OpenCloud

  • Any account found to be hosting the above will be immediately taken offline.

 

 

Do you Allow Adult Sites?

We allow adult sites which are legal in the United States of America and the United Kingdom.

 

 

Do you supprot media streaming?

We support HTTP streaming on shared servers; however, live streaming is not supported.

 

 

DMCA Compliance

Most of our infrastructure is in the US, which puts your web presence under the jurisdiction of US law. Laws like the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We may be required by law to send you notices such as DMCA takedown notices, UDRP notices, etc, please note that we will comply with the requests.
